Non-mainland and outlying areas (Scottish Highlands & Isles, Channel Isles, B.F.P.O, Scilly Isles, I.O.M & N Ireland) can take a further day with Royal Mail parcels & Parcelforce.
Telephone orders are subject to a minimum value of £14.99.

Lost or undelivered goods must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase,after this period we cannot be held responsible for the said loss.
Any other returns must be unopened and in an "as new" condition.
