(We will pay the return postage cost). Lost or undelivered goods must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase, after this period we cannot be held responsible for the said loss, batterymarket cannot be held liable for delays or failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control, Royal mail & Parcelforce class a parcel as lost after 15 working days, only after this period has elapsed can a claim be made and a refund issued to the customer.
The risk of damage to or loss of goods ordered from batterymarket will pass to the Customer when the goods are delivered.
The customer must take all reasonable care to ensure that all returned items are suitably & adequately packaged.
Consumer statuatory rights are unaffected.
